Performact proposes an open Workshop of Partnering with Irene Valesano & Nicolas Sanchez.
- PARTNERING WORKSHOP -
After a warm up that acts as a check up of the body and helps to create connections, a series of dynamic sequences will lead us to a specific partnering approach, learning how to transfer weight in a fluid and safe way, not by using strength but by working with leverage, push & pull, and deep mutual listening. We will explore how two bodies can support, adapt to, and move with each other in harmony, all in a judgment-free environment where you can challenge yourself, push your limits and mainly have fun.
The workshop will take place at Performact Studios (Torres Vedras) on Saturday, 15th of November 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Open to all levels, beginners and professionals.
No advance registration is required; simply arrive 15 minutes early to register on the day.
